Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist eager to contribute in a clinical setting with diverse responsibilities. The role is based in Pigeon, MI, and involves a 13-week assignment with Monday through Friday day shifts, offering a consistent schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert pharmaceutical care in an inpatient setting Manage and counsel patients in the Anticoagulation Clinic, handling 4-6 patients daily Perform all oncology IV compounding, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication preparation
Desired Qualifications:
Active Michigan Pharmacist License is required Minimum of 2 years inpatient pharmacist experience Competence and confidence in anticoagulation patient management and oncology IV compounding
