• Utilize aseptic technique to compound and dispense medications accurately
• Provide medication therapy management and drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
• Conduct patient assessments to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Collaborate with healthcare teams in critical care settings such as the PICU
• Implement pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs Skills
• Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
• Post-residency experience in clinical pharmacy settings
• Strong background in patient care and clinical interventions
• Ability to apply pharmaceutical knowledge to optimize patient outcomes
• Familiarity with patient assessment techniques for personalized care
