Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract This contract position seeks a licensed pharmacist to work in a specialty pharmacy setting located in Bemidji, MN. The role is ideal for a professional with experience in long-term care pharmacy duties and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Location:
Bemidji, MN Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Some weekends required
Key Responsibilities:
Perform long-term care pharmacist duties ensuring medication safety and efficacy Provide counseling and support to patients and healthcare providers Utilize immunization certifications to administer vaccines as needed Manage medication therapy and review patient profiles for optimized outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
PharmD degree or MTM (Medication Therapy Management) certification preferred Immunization certification required CPR certification required Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in specialty or long-term care pharmacy settings is a plus This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists seeking a contract role with a reputable specialty pharmacy. Flexible scheduling with some weekend availability is required.
