The position is located in Bemidji, MN, with a contract duration of 13+ weeks. The work schedule primarily follows weekdays, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with some weekend hours required.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive pharmacy services tailored to long-term care patients Manage medication therapy and coordinate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes Ensure accurate dispensing and monitoring of pharmaceutical therapies Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards Participate in immunization administration and patient education when applicable

Desired Qualifications and Certifications:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent degree Certification in Immunization and CPR credentials are required Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification preferred Strong communication skills and attention to detail Experience working in specialty pharmacy or long-term care settings is a plus
