Work Schedule Daytime and evening shifts Monday - Friday Weekend rotations every fourth weekend What You'll Do Deliver exceptional service in every interaction with facilities and residents Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations Review and evaluate physician medication orders for accuracy, dosing, route, and potential interactions Recommend medication adjustments to facility staff or physicians as needed Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient profiles with complete demographic and clinical information Certify all new and refill orders for accurate delivery Manage perpetual inventory for controlled substances and follow DEA regulations Continuously improve operations and medication quality through monitoring and feedback Take on additional duties as needed to support the team What We're Looking For Minnesota Pharmacist License Passion for patient care and attention to detail Self-motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment Strong verbal, written, and listening skills Why You'll Love Working Here Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors
