The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate expertise in various pharmacy practices. This role requires a commitment to patient service, medication management, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, to maintain efficient workflow. Conduct patient assessments and provide clinical consultations to optimize medication therapy. Oversee the compounding of medications, ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate inventory management practices, including ordering and stocking medications. Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions. Other Duties as assigned
