Pharmacy CSR Pharmacy Helpdesk:
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 7:00 PM CST, and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM
- 6:00 PM CST.
Pharmacy CSR:
Staffed by Pharmacy Technicians, LPNs (Licensed Practical Nurses), CMTs (Certified Medication Technicians), and some MAs (Medical Assistants).Possible shifts include:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM
- 7:00 PM Tuesday-Friday, 9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM, plus Saturdays between 8:00 AM
- 6:00 PM ( every Saturday required ) Saturday & Sunday between 8:00 AM
- 6:00 PM, plus three weekday shifts (9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM) Includes two consecutive weekdays off Pharmacy CSR description: The Pharmacy CSR is responsible for processing medication requests submitted primarily by phone, with some written requests, from healthcare providers and pharmacies.
Experience:
Qualified candidates will have experience in one or more of the following: pharmacy services, healthcare settings, utilization review. Prior customer service experience is required. Experience working directly with pharmacists and physicians is required. Pharmacy Technicians or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) preferred. ͏Pharmacy Helpdesk:
