Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A Behavioral Health Hospital Pharmacist position is available on a contract basis, starting immediately through June 13th. This role is perfect for those with experience in clinical pharmacy within psychiatric or behavioral health settings.
Location:
Tylertown, MS Setting:
Behavioral Health/Psych Hospital Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, no weekends
System Experience:
medDispense and Azalea Health (EHR)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct checking, verifying, and control processes within the pharmacy Operate as the sole pharmacist onsite, managing all pharmacy-related clinical tasks Collaborate with pharmacy technicians who provide support throughout the shift
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Proven clinical pharmacist experience, ideally in behavioral health or psychiatric environments Familiarity with medDispense and Azalea Health electronic health records Strong ability to work independently as the sole pharmacist on site Detail-oriented with excellent verification and control skills This contract role offers the chance to apply your clinical pharmacy expertise in a focused behavioral health environment.
