Retail, LTC Job Description Soliant is seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with Genoa Healthcare in Bozeman, Montana. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings and a strong commitment to patient care. Responsibilities Dispense medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare providers Provide patients with clear instructions and information regarding medication use Ensure accuracy and safety in all prescription fulfillment Deliver a high level of customer service in all patient interactions Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of pharmacy systems and workflow processes Qualifications Active Montana Pharmacist license Licensing assistance may be available if needed Experience Retail pharmacy or long-term care experience preferred Experience in a patient-facing pharmacy setting highly valued Education Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent from an accredited institution Work Hours Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 40 hours per week This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist seeking a consistent schedule and a pathway to permanent employment in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
