Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract An opportunity is available for a Retail Pharmacist in Cut Bank, Montana, to support a community pharmacy as the sole pharmacist on site. This contract role begins immediately and is expected to run for approximately 8 weeks with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and ensure safe, efficient delivery to patients. Provide counseling and education to patients about their medication regimens. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in line with organizational policies. Maintain inventory and records for stock and controlled substances. Assist in resolving patient issues and clarify insurance or third-party coverage questions.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active, unrestricted Montana Pharmacist License. Minimum of 1 year recent pharmacy experience. Familiarity with PioneerRx pharmacy software is preferred. This role requires a reliable professional able to manage an average daily script volume of around 100 prescriptions independently.
