THE RIGHT FIT

We are currently hiring a Compounding Pharmacist to join our production team within our state-of-the art facilities. This pharmacist role is responsible for the accurate weighing, combining, and completion of all of OSRX's formulations. Pharmacists must ensure each action is documented and recorded appropriately. Effective management of cleanroom operators and personnel/material workflow is a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful Compounding Pharmacist candidate will be responsible for the following key performance measures: Perform and oversee the compounding process and associated record-keeping activities. Assist operators in troubleshooting and resolving concerns and questions that arise in the sterile manufacturing process. Participation in the orientation and training of new pharmacists and associates. Knowledge and adherence to the national pharmacist regulations and standards of practice and understanding of regulatory requirements of 503B compounding. Leadership, supervision, and direction to pharmacy technicians and cleanroom operators. Interdepartmental communication and coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required Current license as a registered pharmacist in Montana required Compounding experience preferred. Must be able to relocate or reliably commute to Missoula, MT pharmacy location
