Oversee daily pharmacy operations within a home infusion setting, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and quality standards. Lead and mentor pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of patient care and operational efficiency. Manage inventory control and ensure the accuracy of medication dispensing and compounding procedures. Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes through tailored infusion therapies. Coordinate with suppliers and handle administrative tasks related to pharmacy management.

Desired Experience:

Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager, ideally within a home infusion or specialty pharmacy environment. Strong knowledge of pharmacy laws, regulations, and best practices in infusion therapy. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage multidisciplinary teams. Ability to implement process improvements and manage workflow effectively.
