This contract assignment requires a professional with a solid background in home infusion and sterile compounding to ensure patient safety and compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify medication orders specifically for infusion therapies Oversee the preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications Ensure strict compliance with USP and standards Provide clinical support and drug information to pharmacy staff and patients Collaborate within the pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflow and uphold patient safety Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all regulatory requirements
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing Recent experience in infusion or home infusion pharmacy settings Strong sterile compounding expertise with familiarity in USP and guidelines Ability to work independently while adapting quickly to changing operational needs
Schedule and Location:
