Collaborate with healthcare professionals on patient care plans, including pediatrics, critical care, and acute care cases Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and ensure secure handling of sensitive information Educate patients on medication usage, potential side effects, and safety precautions to promote optimal health outcomes Experience Demonstrated clinical pharmacy experience with a focus on patient service and assessment. Hands-on experience with pharmacy software systems, EMR (Electronic Medical Records), and EHR platforms is essential.
