Job Description
Heritage Pharmacy Bismarck, ND Heritage Pharmacy located in Bismarck, ND is seeking registered pharmacists for its two locations!
Duties:
- Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide medication counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy
- Review and interpret prescription orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Monitor patient medication profiles for potential drug interactions or contraindications
- Provide drug information and education to patients and healthcare providers
- Maintain accurate and complete patient medication records
- Oversee the preparation and labeling of medications
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Requirements:
- Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy
- Valid state pharmacist license
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, and medical terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
