Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a candidate who displays excellent customer service skills. Candidate will be integral in helping design/improve workflow including medsync, auto fill, text messaging, etc. An interest in the economics of the pharmacy business is a plus. No Sundays and rotating Saturday shifts to noon. Paid Holidays included. Increased profit share of new revenue opportunities. Get paid for your vaccine administrations! Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and efficiently using pharmacy software Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate medication therapies and review medical histories Provide immunizations, including flu shots and other vaccines, following proper aseptic techniques and safety guidelines Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee medication storage to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Educate patients on medication administration, potential side effects, and medication safety practices Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect patient confidentiality and privacy Assist in training pharmacy technicians and supporting staff in pharmacy operations and patient service procedures Requirements A pharmacy license without any federal sanctions Current Immunization Certification Current CPR Certification Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring confidentiality of sensitive health information NPI Number Join our team as a Staff Pharmacist where your expertise will directly contribute to enhancing patient well-being through innovative pharmaceutical care. Pay:
$120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
