Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract To Hire Join a rehab hospital pharmacy team dedicated to specialized care in TPNs and IV Antibiotics. This role is ideal for a clinical pharmacist ready to actively contribute and manage complex medication regimens in a focused rehab setting without an ER or OB.
Location:
Bellevue, NE, with two additional openings in Omaha.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM Rotating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee medication therapy, especially TPNs and IV antibiotics Collaborate closely with rehabilitation teams to optimize patient outcomes Utilize the Altera Sunrise system for medication management (training provided) Provide clinical expertise for patients primarily on the rehab unit receiving around 3-hour shifts of care
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active Nebraska Pharmacist License required Clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in a rehab or acute care setting Ability to quickly adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity or willingness to train on the Altera Sunrise system This opportunity offers a contract-to-hire arrangement with competitive compensation (rate to be determined).
