Job Description
Overview Pharmacy First Health is redefining rural healthcare by transforming community pharmacies into integrated care hubs. We are seeking a Pharmacist-in-Charge in Chappell, Nebraska who is ready to lead with clinical excellence and a deep commitment to serving rural communities. This role is ideal for a Pharmacist who wants to practice at the top of their license, shape care delivery, and play a meaningful leadership role in a growing, mission-driven organization. •
RELOCATION ASSISTANCE PROVIDED
•Duties Oversee and ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations. Manage the day-to-day pharmacy operations, including inventory, and workflow. Provide exceptional patient care through accurate dispensing, counselling, and medication management. Mentor and manage team members (pharmacist, technicians, interns, etc) Implement quality assurance, safety, and performance improvement programs. Collaborate with physicians, family nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Support business growth through effective management of pharmacy services, including immunizations and clinical programs. Maintain accurate and timely documentation for audits, inspections, and internal reporting. Ensure the pharmacy operates efficiently, profitably, and in line with company goals. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Nebraska Board of Pharmacy. Minimum of 1 year of community or retail pharmacy experience preferred. Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills. Demonstrated understanding of pharmacy regulations and insurance billing. Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development.Compensation & Benefits Hourly Wage:
