Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A funded opportunity is available for three experienced pharmacists to perform essential clinical and operational duties within a long-term care or mail-order pharmacy setting. This role focuses on ensuring medication accuracy, regulatory compliance, and team leadership throughout each shift.
Responsibilities:
Conduct final verification of medications to guarantee accuracy before distribution. Oversee the prescription fulfillment process to maintain adherence to pharmacy regulations and quality standards. Supervise and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians, fostering teamwork and efficiency. Monitor patients' medication therapy, collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active pharmacist license in good standing with the state of New Jersey. Prior experience in long-term care or mail-order pharmacy preferred. Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to efficiently manage tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Contract, with assignments lasting approximately 4-8 weeks. Pharmacists in this role will be instrumental in maintaining safety and compliance while advancing patient care.
