Short Description:
Review every medication order and dosage for completeness, safety and efficacy prior to dispensing to an individual patient including routine, stat and investigational orders. Maintain drug information, investigational, educational, cost containment and clinical programs.
Experience Required:
3-5 year's experience preferred.
Education Requirements:
Doctorate Degree Required License/Certification Requirements:
New Jersey Pharmacy license (or eligible for licensure within 6 months) PGY-2 required Board Certification Pharmaceutical Specialty (BCPS)
Special Requirements:
7 on/7 off 2nd Shift Salary Min ($): USD $60.00 Salary Max ($): USD $103.00
