A well-respected hospital is currently seeking a qualified pharmacist to work full-time in their facility. The ideal candidate will have recent hospital experience, looking to gain more inpatient experience in a friendly and engaging hospital setting. Responsibilities Verified and reviewed inpatient medication orders for appropriate dosing, drug interactions, allergies, contraindications, and therapeutic effectiveness. Prepared and verified IV medications and sterile compounds while maintaining compliance with USP , hospital policies, and medication safety standards. Collaborated with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy, provide clinical recommendations, and resolve drug-related issues. Managed medication distribution and supported pharmacy operations, including controlled substances, medication reconciliation, antimicrobial therapy, and oversight of pharmacy technicians. Work Hours

  • 3:30 p.m. Experience
  • Some previous experience working in a hospital environment
  • Recent inpatient pharmacy experience
  • EPIC experience (ideally)
  • PGY-1 Residency Other Qualifications
