The Clinical Pharmacist I is responsible for involvement in the clinical aspects of pharmaceutical patient care including interaction with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Graduate of an ACPE accredited school of pharmacy with a minimum of a Pharm.

D. Degree. Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency program or 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience with a minimum of three years in clinical practice.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
Advanced training in a specialty area (e.g., oncology, pediatrics, cardiology, infectious disease, etc.).
Licenses and Certifications Required:
Registered Pharmacist License.
Contacts:
HUMC personnel, physicians, patients, pharmacy students, pharmaceutical vendor representatives and visitors.
Working Conditions:
