Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team, providing exceptional pharmaceutical care in a dynamic hospital environment. As a vital member of the clinical team, you will ensure safe medication management, patient-centered care, and effective collaboration with healthcare professionals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your clinical knowledge and passion for patient service in a fast-paced setting committed to excellence. Newer start-up pharmacy with low volume. (Less than 25rx's/day) Software - PrimeRx (Micromerchant) Pharmacy technician and clerk staffed. Bilingual Korean/English preferred, but not necessary. Per-diem & 1/2 shifts available for Tuesday & Thursdays. Please provide resume if interested. Duties Dispense medications accurately while adhering to retail protocols and pharmacy regulations Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop and adjust medication therapy plans Conduct patient assessments to determine appropriate medication dosages and administration routes Provide expert guidance on medication interactions, contraindications, and physiologic considerations such as anatomy and physiology knowledge Monitor patient responses to medications, including pain management and acute care treatments Educate patients on medication use, potential side effects, and safety precautions to enhance patient service and compliance Maintain thorough documentation of medication administration, patient care activities, and pharmacy records Experience Previous retail pharmacy experience.
