Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy required. Knowledge of benefits investigation, prior authorization processes, and patient financial assistance programs preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse customer groups. Proficiency in standard workplace software (e.g., MS Office). Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems (Enterprise Rx) preferred. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems (Cerner) preferred. Self-starter with the ability to develop and execute processes quickly and accurately, and a strong interest in helping define future operational protocols.
