Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A pharmacy position is available for a Staff Pharmacist specializing in inpatient care. This direct hire opportunity is based in Cubero, NM, and offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $168,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage medication dispensing and administration processes within the inpatient setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure accurate medication therapy and patient safety. Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential interactions. Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and policies. Provide expert guidance on drug therapies and support clinical decision-making. Qualifications /
Desired Experience:
Licensed Pharmacist with valid credentials to practice pharmacy. Proven experience in inpatient pharmacy settings. Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and hospital protocols. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
