Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Contract A 13-week contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Pharmacist at a critical access hospital in Ranchos De Taos, NM. This role involves day-shift hours, working three 12-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, providing essential pharmaceutical services in a setting with a patient census of up to 25. Key responsibilities include verifying medication orders, supervising pharmacy technicians, consulting with physicians and nurses, and managing pharmacokinetics to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position demands strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an inpatient environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Valid New Mexico pharmacist license or eligibility for a temporary license Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience Proficient in order verification and pharmacokinetic monitoring Experienced in supervising pharmacy technicians and interdisciplinary communication

Day Shift:
