Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Clinical Pharmacist BMT for an exciting Travel or Local job in Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities Provide clinical pharmacy support for hematology, oncology, BMT, CAR T-cell, and BiTE therapy patients Coordinate and assist with oncology regimens related to stem cell transplantation and blood cancer treatment Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and medication management Provide patient counseling and education regarding oncology therapies Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams Create, implement, and monitor order sets, protocols, and clinical guidelines Support evidence-based medicine initiatives and quality improvement projects Participate in research support activities and medical center committees Assist with medication distribution support and order entry processes Maintain compliance with oncology and transplant treatment standards Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Current Nevada Pharmacist License required Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Residency OR 5 years of clinical oncology practice experience required Experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with collaborative practice agreement Strong clinical oncology and transplant therapy experience preferred Experience with CAR T-cell, BiTE, and cellular therapy programs preferred Ability to work independently with strong clinical decision-making skills For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
