Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Clinical Pharmacist
  • BMT/Oncology for an exciting Travel or Local job in Las Vegas, NV.
Responsibilities Manage pharmacotherapy for hematology, oncology, and BMT patients Coordinate oncology treatment regimens for autologous stem cell transplants, allogeneic stem cell transplants, CAR T-cell therapies, and BiTE therapies Perform therapeutic drug monitoring and medication management Provide patient counseling and medication education Develop, implement, and monitor oncology order sets, protocols, and guidelines Support evidence-based medicine initiatives and clinical interventions Participate in research, quality improvement, and multidisciplinary committees Provide medication distribution support and order verification Collaborate closely with specialty physicians and nursing teams Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required Current Nevada Pharmacist License required Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) required PGY2 Oncology and/or Bone Marrow Transplant Pharmacy Residency preferred OR minimum 5 years of clinical oncology practice experience required Experience in a BMT/Oncology clinic with collaborative practice agreements required Strong clinical judgment, communication, and independent decision-making skills required For more details contact at or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
