PM Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to control inventory by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profits. Accurately weigh, measure, and mix drugs and medical compounds, dispensing medications and advising self-medicating patients on proper use. Dispense non-prescription medications and maintain communication with healthcare providers and insurance professionals to ensure seamless patient care. Administer patient immunizations regularly as part of pharmacy services. In the pharmacy manager's absence, schedule and manage pharmacy associates, oversee performance recognition, address disciplinary actions, and assign work to optimize team efficiency and meet business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree. Current pharmacist license issued by the state of New York. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively within a team.
