Education/Experience Minimum Required:

A Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Pharmacy or a Pharm. D. from an accredited college or university Three Years pharmacy experience

Preferred:

Advanced Pharmacy Degree or completion of a pharmacy residency

License/Certification Minimum Required:

Pharmacist
