About DeliverIt® DeliverIt® Group is a multi-entity pharmacy and healthcare organization headquartered in Sugar Land, Texas. We operate a closed-door specialty pharmacy, three retail locations (Sugar Land, Webster/Clear Lake, and Bedford), an ambulatory infusion center, and a 503B sterile injectable compounding facility currently under construction. We serve patients across the U.S. and internationally, with a Culture of Care that values people as much as performance. We are hiring a Pharmacist In Charge to support our retail pharmacy operations, especially in the Webster area. Work schedule Monday-Friday 8am-5pm No weekends 401(k), health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life/AD&D insurances available H-1B sponsorship available for qualified candidates currently residing in the
United States Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations. Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge per the requirements of the Texas State Board of Pharmacy. Oversee daily pharmacy operations and workflow. Supervise, train, and evaluate pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support personnel. Maintain all required pharmacy records and documentation. Oversee controlled substance inventory management, reconciliation, and security. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy requirements. Manage quality assurance and medication error prevention programs. Coordinate inspections and respond to regulatory inquiries. Monitor prescription volume, staffing needs, and operational efficiency. Oversee and ensure compliance of all compounding activities in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies. Perform and oversee collection procedures, documentation, and chain-of-custody requirements for drug testing services.
Requirements:
Required Active Texas State Board of Pharmacy License. Minimum 3-5 years of retail pharmacy experience. Experience with PioneerRx and MatchRx software. Immunization certification and ability to administer vaccines. Willingness to learn and perform USP 795 non-sterile compounding activities. Strong communication and leadership skills. Experience with MTM, immunizations, and third-party adjudication. Strong patient care and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish). Previous Pharmacist in Charge or Pharmacy Manager experience.
