Category Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Clinical/Home Infusion Pharmacist for a direct-hire/permanent opportunity supporting home infusion operations in Columbus, Ohio. This pharmacist will play a key clinical role in managing complex IV and specialty therapies while collaborating with physicians, nurses, patients, caregivers, and internal clinical teams to ensure safe and effective patient care.
