STAFF PHARMACIST
(Auto-Offer)

We're actively hiring experienced Staff Pharmacist for a 7-on/7-off night shift contract. During overnight hours, you'll serve as the primary pharmacist responsible for medication verification, dispensing, clinical support, emergency response & etc. Qualified profiles are expected to move quickly!

Works as the sole overnight Pharmacist from approximately 11:30 PM
  • 6:00 AM with Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) support throughout the night. Thursday Night
  • Thursday Morning Rotation (not mandate).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited program Minimum 1 year of recent hospital pharmacy experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Acute Care or Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience Previous overnight pharmacy experience Experience working with Pharmacy Technicians in a hospital setting Strong medication verification and clinical intervention skills
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, verify, interpret, and accurately dispense medication orders. Monitor medication therapy for safety, effectiveness, therapeutic appropriateness. Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients, and caregivers. Participate in emergency medication preparation and drug therapy management. Coordinate overnight pharmacy technician workflow.
COMPENSATION
Local W2: Up to $90.50/hr on W2 without Benefits
