Night Shift Industry:

Healthcare / Hospital Pharmacy Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients, including monitoring, evaluation, and assurance of quality medication use
• Perform drug utilization review and clinical monitoring across hospital units
• Provide accurate and timely drug information to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
• Oversee the distribution and control of drugs and other pharmaceutical products throughout the facility
• Deliver additional patient services as requested by the healthcare team
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with established pharmacy policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations and hospital standards Experience
• Minimum one year of hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working independently in a hospital pharmacy environment Skills
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Effective communicator with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Adaptable and reliable across both day and night shift schedules
• Patient-focused with a commitment to quality medication use and safety Qualifications
• Active Ohio Pharmacist License in good standing with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy is required Education
