Travel Inpatient Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately review, interpret, and dispense medication orders and prescriptions. Monitor and manage patient medication therapy for therapeutic effectiveness and safety. Communicate drug information clearly to patients, families, and healthcare providers. Support emergency drug therapy management, including medication preparation and supply assurance. Oversee pharmacy technician activities to maintain efficient operations. Uphold departmental policies, quality programs, and compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor of Science or PharmD from an accredited pharmacy college. Valid Ohio Pharmacy License in good standing. Minimum of one year hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and patient rapport.

Schedule and Location:

Night shifts: Thursday night through Wednesday night, 8 PM - 7:30 AM. Worksite is located in the Reynoldsburg, Ohio area with shifts at a nearby medical center.
