Job Summary:
As the Clinical Pharmacist, you provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture preparation, medical therapy management, drug information dissemination, and compliance with controlled substance regulations. In this role, you directly supervise pharmacy support personnel. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. REQUIREMENTS
Pharm D degree or Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience A bility to manipulate sterile and non-sterile products as needed for compounding, ability to utilize electronic health record R egistered P harmacist, licensed in good standing in Michigan and Ohio. Single facility-based pharmacists must retain state licensure per site location.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
