As the Pharmacy Resident, PGY2, you perform all functions of a clinical pharmacist as part of a structured training program to develop your skills and knowledge in pharmacy. You provide pharmaceutical care for patients per assigned service, including evaluating medication therapy. You will use the medication use process for preparing and dispensing medications following use policies. In this role, you educate and train residents, students, interns, colleagues, and other health care professionals. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive.REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from an ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program Successful completion of PGY-1 ASHP-accredited Pharmacy Practice Residency 1 year of experience Registered Pharmacist in the state of Ohio or obtain licensure within 90 days of start date ProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
