Salary:
Starting Range of $120,000
  • $131,000 (Dependent on Experience Level) + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Key Responsibilities:
Processing new patient referral prescriptions, preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of medications The Pharmacist will work closely with Pharmacy Technicians in the preparation and dispensing of medications The Pharmacist will work closely with the Pharmacy Technicians to provide client care to include, but not limited to, patient follow-up, monitoring clinical laboratory data, working with physicians on dosing antibiotics, etc. Ability to perform accurately and efficiently when imputing information. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements. Assists with ensuring safety practices and procedures are adhered to and practiced. Enforces all company and departmental policies and procedures. Comply with all applicable state and federal regulations related to pharmacy practices. Customer Focus
  • Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; talks and acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.
The ability to adhere to Remedi's Code of Conduct, follow Remedi Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the
Compliance Officer Qualifications/Requirements:
PharmD or equivalent degree in Pharmacy; active state license in good standing Experience and knowledge base of intravenous admixtures services and intravenous therapy desired. Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed pharmacist in a healthcare setting Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred Familiarity with Frameworks and DocuTrack systems strongly preferred Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods during shifts Skills +
