Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract Seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager to oversee pharmacy operations at a small Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospital. This contract position offers a unique opportunity to combine hands-on staffing with leadership responsibilities in a close-knit hospital environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), assuming full accountability for pharmacy services. Supervise and support pharmacy staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient workspace. Coordinate medication distribution, inventory control, and clinical pharmacy activities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and medication use.
Qualifications:
Current Oklahoma pharmacist license required. Proven hospital pharmacy experience, preferably in LTAC or similar settings. Ability to immediately assume full-time responsibilities. Authorized and confident to perform as Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). Strong leadership and communication skills.

Muskogee, Oklahoma Schedule:
