Key Responsibilities:
Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) Manage staffing schedules and workflow to meet hospital needs Coordinate medication distribution and administration within the hospital Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
Desired Qualifications:
Current Oklahoma pharmacist license Proven experience working in a hospital pharmacy setting Ability to function effectively as PIC Full-time availability with immediate start capability Strong leadership and management skills in a clinical environment
