Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Contract A community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for day shift hours. This 100-bed facility offers a solid environment for pharmacists looking to enhance their clinical expertise within a hospital setting. Candidates who are new graduates, especially those with a PGY1 residency, are encouraged to apply.

Day shifts
Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders to ensure accuracy and appropriateness Supervise pharmacy technicians in daily operations Manage pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring Collaborate with physicians and nurses to provide clinical consultations and optimize patient care Utilize Meditech pharmacy system for documentation and communication
Desired Qualifications:
Current pharmacist license in Oklahoma Some experience in a hospital environment preferred but new graduates with PGY1 residency are welcomed Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in a supportive hospital environment, ideal for pharmacists looking to grow their clinical skills. The position is contract-based and focused on daytime hours.
