Key Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently. Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor and manage pharmacokinetics to optimize patient care. Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to provide pharmaceutical consultation and support. Utilize Meditech pharmacy IT systems to document and manage medication dispensing.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current Oklahoma pharmacist license is required. Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred, with familiarity in medication order verification and staff supervision. Strong communication skills to work effectively with medical teams. Commitment to a consistent night shift schedule.

Schedule:

Seven consecutive night shifts followed by seven days off, allowing for work-life balance. This position values candidates interested in permanent employment but is open to contract-to-hire options. Travelers willing to provide temporary support are also considered, though priority is given to those seeking a stable role.
