Category Pharmacy - Clinical Pharmacist Job Type Direct Hire A full-time Float Clinical Pharmacist Operations Specialist position is available in Tulsa, OK, offering a day shift schedule of 8 hours per day. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of specialty practice areas within the pharmacy department while also providing pharmaceutical care as needed.
D. from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy. Clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting. Completion of an accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency or fellowship plus PGY-2 Specialty Pharmacy Residency/fellowship, OR PGY-1 plus 3+ years of clinical experience, OR 5+ years of clinical pharmacy experience without residency. Active pharmacist license in good standing with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. BLS and
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operational specialty practice areas such as IV room, diversion/narcotics management, informatics, and residency programs. Provide user support, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Coordinate upgrade testing activities and deliver training as a subject matter expert. Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.Qualifications:
