Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Staff Pharmacist Job Type Contract This position calls for a licensed pharmacist ready to work night shifts in a hospital environment. The assignment is a 13-week contract starting immediately and located in Stillwater, OK. The role involves a blend of clinical responsibilities and team leadership within an established healthcare setting.
Schedule:
7pm to 7am shifts Work seven consecutive nights followed by seven days off (Wed-Tues rotation)
Responsibilities:
Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring compliance and quality Manage pharmacokinetics assessments and dosing adjustments Collaborate closely with physicians and nursing staff to optimize patient care Utilize Meditech electronic health records for documentation and communication
Qualifications:
Valid Oklahoma pharmacist license is required Willingness and availability to work night shifts Experience with order verification, medication management, and staff supervision Familiarity with pharmacokinetics principles and clinical pharmacy practice Proficient with electronic medical record systems, preferably Meditech This opportunity is ideal for pharmacists seeking a focused night schedule with structured time off while contributing to high-quality patient care.
