Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Role Overview We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our team at HIT Tulsa Pharmacy. The role involves dispensing medications, monitoring patient compliance, compounding infused drugs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective patient care. Key Responsibilities Accept and dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal laws. Monitor patient medication compliance and identify over‑usage patterns. Evaluate prescribed medicines for suitability and safety. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and pharmacy files. Advise patients on medication usage, side effects, and drug interactions. Provide consultation on prescription and non‑prescription medications. Deliver patient services such as smoking cessation, blood pressure checks, and cholesterol management. Educate patients on proper use of medical devices (e.g., blood pressure monitors, glucose meters). Compound medications for internal and external use; prepare sterile solutions. Supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and clerks. Maintain inventory of pharmaceutical and medical supplies. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, interns, and other healthcare practitioners.Candidate Requirements Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) preferred
