This is not a traditional high-volume retail role . Our pharmacy serves primarily clinic patients under the 340B program, with a strong focus on HIV treatment, PrEP, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT). With our current PIC moving to the UK, we would like to onboard ASAP! Equity Pharmacy is open Monday-Friday, from 9am to 5pm and closed on weekends What Makes This Role Unique Interprofessional work with nurse practitioners that are right next door, making collaboration seamless and efficient. No immunization burden — all vaccines are handled by the clinic. Manageable pace — our pharmacy is focused and intentional, not overwhelmed by endless retail scripts. Autonomy — as PIC, you'll have the freedom to shape operations, workflow, and patient care initiatives. Inclusive care — we specialize in HIV treatment, PrEP, and HRT, proudly serving the LGBTQ+ community. Closed on all major holiday (we align with the clinic hours) Responsibilities Oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and policies. Manage medication dispensing processes and patient assessments to optimize therapy. Collaborate daily with nurse practitioners and clinic providers on treatment and medication management plans. Maintain accurate inventory and 340B compliance practices to ensure access to medications. Supervise and train pharmacy technicians, promoting a culture of best practice and inclusivity. Utilize EMR/EHR and pharmacy software for efficient workflow management. Qualifications Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.

D.) from an accredited institution. Active Oklahoma pharmacist license in good standing. Strong communication skills, with a collaborative, patient-focused mindset. Experience with HIV care, PrEP, or HRT is a plus, but not required — training will be supported. Comfortable working in and advocating for an inclusive, LGBTQ+-friendly environment.
