Pharmacist In Charge - Independent Compounding Pharmacy Our client, an independently owned healthcare group in the Tulsa Metro area is seeking a solid leader for their Compounding (503A and B) pharmacy operation. This pharmacy is established and ready to scale. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and driven Pharmacist with great leadership skills to lead some very exciting growth! The individual in this role will be responsible for leading the pharmacy and overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations; providing oversight, leadership, and mentoring for all pharmacy personnel. Extensive training as well as ongoing support will be provided to the incumbent. Pharmacy is located in small town setting just South of Tulsa; easy commute from most areas of Tulsa. Weekdays Only.

Requirements:

Pharm D degree or bachelor's degree in pharmacy Licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in OK, an active OK license in good standing Experience with start-up or independent pharmacy operations a plus Great customer service and entrepreneurial spirit A very competitive compensation package and benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.
