Clinical Inpatient Pharmacist 7 On / 7 Off | Full-Time - Nights | Southern Oregon Love hospital pharmacy? Looking for a schedule that gives you half the year off? I'm partnering with a well-respected regional medical center in the Pacific Northwest seeking an Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist to join its collaborative night shift team. This is a 7 nights on / 7 nights off position, allowing you to enjoy extended time away from work while maintaining full-time employment and an excellent compensation package. If you enjoy practicing at the top of your license, collaborating with physicians and nursing staff, and making a meaningful impact on patient care, I'd love to tell you more. What You'll Do As part of the inpatient pharmacy team, you'll: Verify and dispense medications safely and accurately. Provide clinical pharmacotherapy recommendations to physicians and care teams. Review medication profiles for safety, efficacy, and appropriate dosing. Participate in emergency response situations, including Code Blue events. Prepare and oversee IV medications and sterile compounds as needed. Serve as a trusted drug information resource for physicians, nurses, and other clinicians. Utilize technology including Pyxis and electronic medical records to optimize medication management. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to exceptional patient care.
