Or Pharm D. degree from an accredited School of Pharmacy Current Pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice Experience in Long-Term Care Pharmacy or Consulting in Long-Term Care. Valid driver's license without restrictions. Professional demeanor with strong organizational and clinical pharmacy skills. Excellent oral and written communication abilities. Proficiency in learning new technology applications. Flexible 7-day availability to accommodate facility requests. Willingness to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight stays.
