This a culture of winning. At Talented Medical Solutions we breed winners. Responsibilities Ensure accurate preparation and dispensing of medications per prescriptions. Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence. Review and reconcile pharmacist-led medication histories and interactions. Maintain regulatory compliance and documentation for pharmacy operations. Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and controlled substances. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and care plans. Support regulatory audits and quality assurance activities with accurate records. Analyze pharmacy performance metrics and contribute to improvement initiatives. Participate in pipeline and territory planning to meet growth targets. Educate staff on new medications, guidelines, and safety protocols. Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and best practices. Ensure on-site workflows maximize productivity while maintaining patient focus. Experience/Qualifications Licensed pharmacist in the relevant jurisdiction with active DEA/analogous registrations. Ensure accurate dispensing and verification of prescriptions with patient safety focus. Lead medication reconciliation and drug interaction reviews for safety. Maintain regulatory compliance and complete all required documentation. Provide patient counseling on medications, adherence, and side effects. Oversee inventory management, including controlled substances and stock optimization. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and care plans. Support audits, quality assurance, and accurate record-keeping for inspections. Analyze pharmacy performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives. Contribute to pipeline and territory planning to meet growth targets. Contribute to development of SOPs and best practices for pharmacy operations. Optimize on-site workflows to maximize productivity while maintaining patient focus. Educate staff on new medications, guidelines, and safety protocols.
